It was a lot of time that I wanted make a corset using the pattern from Norah Waugh's Corsets and Crinolines shown on page 81, and finally I did it!
Here it is:
The corset is made out black and ivory satin and sewn using pink thread. It is trimmed with hand-painted lace and the ends of the bones are flossed with cotton embroidery thread in matching color.
The inside shows the waist-tape on which I painted my name:

DeleteOhh it is so pretty! I just saw the black and white picture on facebook and I thought is as an actual antique! It is such a lovely corset, and the satin is so smooth!
